Fox3 Managed Solutions (“Fox3,” “we,” or “our”) provides dedicated DCS World server hosting, mission automation, and managed services for the DCS community. Protecting your privacy is a core part of how we operate. This policy explains what information Fox3 accesses, how it is used, and how we protect it—especially as it relates to Fox3-assigned DCS IDs, server access, and managed environments.

Fox3 takes privacy seriously. We do not sell, share, trade, or disclose customer information with any third parties—ever. No exceptions.

Information We Access

Fox3-Assigned DCS IDs & Customer Accounts

To provide managed servers, Fox3 generates and manages your Fox3 DCS ID.
We have administrative access to these accounts only so we can:
• Set up your server
• Troubleshoot issues
• Manage mission automation
• Perform maintenance and recovery
Fox3 never accesses customer accounts for any other purpose.

Managed Server Environments

We have access to the DCS server environment you rent, including:
• Mission files and server settings
• DCS log files (crash logs, mission logs, connection logs)
• Configuration data needed for support

This access is solely to ensure stability, performance, and functionality.

Fox3 Backend Systems

Our systems generate operational logs that may include:
• Server uptime
• Automation events
• Error logs
• Your Fox3 DCS ID or server number

These logs never include your personal information.

Optional Features

If you enable optional integrations (like Discord webhooks), Fox3 may temporarily store:
• Webhook URLs
• Event details for server notifications

This information is only used to deliver the services you choose to enable.

How We Use Your Data

Fox3 uses accessed data exclusively to:
• Provide your DCS hosting service
• Maintain server stability
• Troubleshoot problems
• Support your custom mission workflow
• Improve reliability and prevent outages

Fox3 does not:
• Sell your data
• Share your data with anyone
• Use your data for advertising
• Transmit your personal data to any third party

Your information stays within Fox3 and is used only to run your service.

Data Protection and Security

Data Minimization

Fox3 collects only the minimum amount of information required to operate your environment.

Access Control

Only Fox3 technical staff responsible for server operations can access your environment. Access is secured and monitored.

Secure Infrastructure

• All Fox3 servers run on hardened systems
• All administrative connections are encrypted
• Customer environments are isolated from one another
• We do not access any personal files on your personal devices

No Third-Party Disclosure

Fox3 does not share, sell, or distribute customer information to any third parties.
This includes Eagle Dynamics, Discord, Google, advertising networks, or analytics vendors.

Data Deletion

You may request at any time:
• Deletion of your Fox3-assigned DCS ID
• Removal of your server environment
• Removal of associated logs and configuration data
• Removal of optional integrations (such as webhook URLs)

When your subscription ends:
• Your server environment is fully deleted
• Your Fox3 DCS ID is disabled and removed
• Logs associated with your server are purged on a regular schedule

Fox3 retains no personal customer data beyond billing records.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as Fox3 services evolve. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Fox3 services means you accept the latest version.
