Fox3 Customers, we've got some exciting news!

We've been hard at work analyzing three years' worth of tech support data to build a ChatGPT-powered assistant designed to help you when our support team isn't available—whether it's on holidays, outside business hours, or Sundays.

This assistant is designed to cover most of your needs, and we're confident it's accurate around 85-90% of the time. Of course, we’re always refining it to make sure it gets even better!
