Subscription Policy

To keep our services running smoothly, all servers require an active subscription. If your subscription is canceled for any reason, the service will be terminated. In case of a payment failure, the server will suspend immediately and subscription will automatically cancel at the end of the 2-day grace period after the payment failure.

Please note that if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the payment term, we are unable to provide refunds. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

*** IMPORTANT Germany Cold War Map NOTICE ***

If you are planning on running the Germany Cold War Map you will need to get RAM upgrades.  The Germany Map currently requires 24G of RAM to run.  It will crash with anything less.   The Squad Tier has 12G, The Wing Tier has 16G, The Co-Op and Value Tiers have 8-10G respectively.  This may get better once the map is optimized.
