The Livery Link Mod allows you to share liveries among all users on your server.  Each client must be running livery link
As soon as you take off if you are using a livery that another player doesn't have, that player will automatically get the livery!   
 
This is a great tool to share liveries among ALL your squad mates without storing them in a central location.   It is a peer-to-peer livery manager!
