Dear Fox3 Managed Solutions Community,

As many of you know, July 4th is Independence Day in the United States. In observance of this major holiday, our team will be operating with a skeleton crew. This means that while we will continue to monitor systems and address critical issues, our ability to apply patches and resolve tickets promptly will be limited.

Key Points:

  • Limited Staff: We will have a minimal team on duty to handle urgent matters.

  • Patch Delays: Any patches scheduled for release on July 4th will be applied on July 5th.

  • Ticket Response: Tickets can still be submitted, but non-critical issues may not be addressed until July 5th.
