Memorial Day - More than just a cookout and day off.

Hey Fox3 Family,

On this Memorial Day we pause the server chatter for something much more important: honoring the brave Americans who laid down their lives so the rest of us could chase our dreams in freedom and safety.

It’s easy to see a headline or a folded flag and forget that behind every name is someone’s mom or dad, son or daughter, sibling, spouse, battle-buddy, or lifelong friend. Their chairs at the cookout are still empty; their laughter is still missed. The weight of that loss never really lifts, my own family knows that firsthand.

So today, before the burgers hit the grill or the next sortie launches, let’s take one deliberate minute to bow our heads, thank God for their sacrifice, and pray for the families who carry on with courageous hearts.

To every veteran who served—and to those who never made it home, our deepest gratitude. Your legacy is the very bandwidth of freedom we operate on.
